We deeply apologise that your item arrived in less than perfect condition. We thoroughly inspect all products before they’re shipped, so we’re sorry that this one slipped through. Please send us your order number and a photo of the damaged item (make sure the sundé tag is visible and still attached) via our contact form here, and we’ll resolve this for you immediately.
This is concerning, as we carefully check and weigh all packages before dispatching them. Please contact us via our form here with your order details and let us know if the package appeared tampered with. Our team will investigate and resolve this for you promptly.
We know how eager you are to receive your items, so we work quickly to dispatch orders. Unfortunately, this means we might not be able to modify your order details once it’s confirmed (so double-check before you click confirm!). If you need to amend or cancel your order, please send your order number and requested changes to our email here contact@sundeapparel.com. We’ll do our best to assist you.
We’re sorry your order was canceled. If you’ve received a cancellation email from us, it’s likely because the item went out of stock before we could fulfill your order, or our payment provider declined your payment method. The cancellation email will have more details, and your refund will be processed within the next 72 hours or 7 working days, depending on your bank’s processing time. Unfortunately, this time frame is beyond our control.

We always want our items to fit our customers perfectly, so we provide a size guide and sizing information next to all items on our website in various worldwide sizes.
Our items are super popular and can sell out quickly but don’t be disheartened as we restock different items 2/3 times a week and our newest items are generally restocked within 6-8week periods. You can do this by entering your email address under the “subscribe to back in stock notifications” header and we’ll then let you know when this item has been restocked so you can be one of the first to get your hands on it! We’d also recommend checking back on our website regularly as we restock returns daily!
Certain High demand items will go onto pre order via purple Dot, where you place and order and join the waitlist. You will not be charged until the item ships.
All our items are designed in house by our design team and manufactured in our own factories. It’s worth noting that we do not offer wholesale so any websites using our images, will not be dispatching our items. We’d never want our customers to be deceived by another online retailer so if you want Sundé designs and quality, we recommend only ordering from our website directly.
